摘要
专业承诺是影响高职学生专业学习和职业选择的重要因素.以《高职学生学习状况问卷调查》为主要测量工具,以访谈、个案研究、教育统计等为辅助手段,通过调查不同性别、年级、专业、成绩、民族、出生地以及是否独生的川渝高职学生专业承诺现状,剖析不同专业承诺水平的主要诱因,探讨提升高职学生专业承诺水平的方法与路径,为高职院校教育教学管理、学生管理和就业创业工作提供参考借鉴.
Major commitment is an important element for vocational students to affect their major learning and career choice. According to "Learning Questionaire of Vocational College Students", interview, case study and education statistic, the major commitment varies in sex, grade, major, academic record, nationality, place of birth and / or whether-or-not-to-be- one- child. The paper analyzes the causes of differences in major commitment and discusses how to improve it, which will be a reference to teaching management, students management and employment and ventures.
