Construction of Advanced Typical Working Mechanism of College Students from the Perspective of Motivation Theory

将大学生先进典型培育工作贯注于大学生队伍之中以深化大学生的思想建设,是高校思想教育工作的重要方法.随着时代的发展,大学生的主体意识逐步增强,他们用标榜个性的方式与先进典型对抗,这说明大学生先进典型培育机制创新迫在眉睫.基于激励理论视角和当前大学生先进典型培育工作中存在的一些问题,提出在不同阶段引入适当激励机制,以创新大学生先进典型工作机制.

It is an important means of ideological education to cultivate the typical models in college students for deepening ideological construction. With the development of the time and their rising subject consciousness, the college students have a tendency to resist the typical models by their individuality, which shows that it is urgent to cultivate the advanced model of college students. Based on the theory of motivation and some problems existing in the cultivation of college students＇ advanced model, this research puts forward the introduction of appropriate incentive mechanism at different stages in order to innovate the advanced typical working mechanism of college students.
