红细胞和血小板相关参数与冠心病相关性的研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between relevant parameters of red blood cell,platelets and coronary heart disease

新近研究显示,红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)与冠心病的发生、发展及预后密切相关,它们作为新型独立危险因子可为临床诊疗提供新的思路。本文重点讨论了RDW、MPV、PDW与冠心病的相关性研究。

Recently it has been shown that there is a close correlation between red blood cell distribution width（RDW）,mean platelet volume（MPV）,platelet volume distribution width（PDW） and coronary heart disease in the occurrence,development as well as prognosis.Accordingly,a new door for the clinical diagnosis and treatment can be opened by evaluating RDW,MPV and PDW as a new independent factor.The correlative study between RDW,MPV,PDW and coronary heart disease was focally discussed in this paper.
