综合护理干预在肺癌全肺切除术后并发支气管胸膜瘘中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer after total lung resection and bronchial fistula

目的探讨综合护理干预在肺癌全肺切除术后并发支气管胸膜瘘中的应用效果。方法将我院2009年1月~2015年1月收治的24例肺癌全肺切除术后并发支气管胸膜瘘患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各12例。对照组给予普通护理措施,观察组给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的死亡率,住院时间及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组12例患者均痊愈出院,痊愈率为100.00%,患者的住院时间为(31.6±6.2)d,术后并发症发生率为8.33%;对照组8例患者痊愈出院,2例患者死亡,痊愈率为66.66%,住院时间为(40.1±7.5)d,术后并发症发生率为50.01%,观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管胸膜瘘患者行综合护理干预,可有效缩短患者住院时间,降低病死率。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer after total lung resection and bronchial fistula.Methods 24 cases with lung cancer complicated with bronchial fistula after total lung resection treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,12 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional nursing measures,while observation group was given targeted systematic and comprehensive nursing measures.Mortality,hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate in patients between two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,12 patients were cured,the cure rate was 100.00%;the control group 8 cases were cured,2 patients died, the cure rate was66.66%;length of stay of the observation group of patients was（31.6±6.2） d,the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.33%,patients in the control group the hospitalization time was（40.1 ±7.5） d,postoperative complication rate was50.01%,and the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with bronchial pleural fistula can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the mortality.
