提升教师游戏理论研读能力的循环式导读单设计

摘要 引导幼儿园教师有效研读游戏理论书籍是园本培训中重要的内容,当前教师的游戏理论阅读普遍存在任务性阅读导致难以满足教师需求的困境。采用循环式导读单则能有效解决这类问题。循环式导读单是基于教师游戏实践中遇到的问题出发而设计的一系列相互关联的导读单的集合。实践发现,根据相应的设计原则,通过三个步骤,按照游戏理论研读展开的进程可以将循环式导读单设计成研读初期的“点单式”导读单、研读进程中的“解构式’’导读单与“植入式”导读单。
