基于SAP系统的电力设备运维成本分摊的研究与实现

Research and Realization of Operation and Maintenance Cost-allocation Based on SAP for Electric Power Equipments

传统的运维阶段电力设备成本管理模式基本以分块管理为主,精益化程度不够,设备运维费用未能准确地归集至单台设备,已经不适应深入开展资产全寿命周期管理工作的需要。基于上述原因,国网河北省电力公司通过SAP系统工单强化应用及按规则分摊的方式,实现单台设备的成本自动归集。本文对在SAP系统中电力设备运维费用分摊至单台设备的方法进行了研究和实现,满足了国网河北省电力公司对电力设备开展资产全寿命周期管理工作的需求,同时为其他网省公司及其他行业的设备运维成本分摊至单台设备的研究提供了一定的参考。

Traditional operation and maintenance cost management of electric power equipment is mainly based on block management mode, lean management is not enough, and equipment operation and maintenance cost cannot be ac- curately regulated to the single device. Traditional operation and maintenance cost management mode has not been adapted to the need to the life cycle asset management. Based on the above reasons, through strengthening application of the SAP system order and cost-allocation according to the rules, State Grid HeBei Electric Power Company has been re- alized the automatic cost collection of the single equipment. This paper researched and realized the method of operation and maintenance cost-allocation based on SAP for electric power equipments, to meet the need to the life cycle asset management, and to provide some reference for research of other provincial electric power companies and other sectors of operation and maintenance cost allocation to the single equipment.
