本文阐述了地学博物馆信息化管理的概念和发展趋势,结合经济学原理重点从办公OA系统、藏品信息化管理系统、展陈方式的多样化、科普资源的共享和定制化几个方面探讨了公益性地学博物馆如何有效地利用信息化管理降低人力成本、提高公众接受度和满意度,克服地学知识相对专业的特点,创造更大的社会效益。

This paper expounds the concept and development trend of the information management system in geological museums. On the basis of the input-output theory in economics and in the aspects of office automation, collection information management system, the diversity of displays and exhibits, and customization and sharing of popular science resources, the authors probed into the problem as to how the public geological museums can use the information management to reduce the human costs, improve the audience’s acceptance and satisfaction, overcome the disadvantage of the relative specialization of geological knowledge and create greater social benefits.
