摘要
为了进一步提升清梳联工艺生产C 9.72tex成纱质量,针对其生条短绒率高、成纱强力低等问题对清梳联工艺进行优化;并在FA116型主除杂机的刺辊针布改为梳针式打手后不同速度下,以及FA203A型梳棉机选用双齿型锡林针布、提高盖板针布转速、加装后棉网清洁器及提高出条速度条件下的生条质量进行测试对比。结果表明:清梳联工艺优化后,C 9.72tex成纱质量在原基础上提高20%以上,满足质量要求,生产工艺流程缩短,用工成本降低,生产效率提高。
To further enhance quality of yarn C 9.72 tex in the process of blow-card unit,consid- ering the problems with the blow-card unit such as high short fiber rate and low strength of the resultant yarn,process optimization is done to the blow-card unit. Modification is done to the cleaner of card FA116 with kischner opener instead of taker-in clothing while card FA203A is equipped with clothing of duo-wires cylinder with high flat speed and sliver out speed after the installlation of the rear cotton web cleaner.Comparison of the sliver quality with both the card FA116 and FA203A under different speed proves that optimization of the process of the blow-card unit increase 20% of yarn quality of yarn C 9.72 tex as compared with the original basis, consequently quality requirement met, productionflow shortened, labor cost reduced and production efficiency increased.
