摘要 为了提高梳棉机的梳理质量,重点介绍梳棉机道夫金属针布齿条齿形设计、表面处理技术的进步,分析其优缺点和实际应用效果。指出:设计道夫金属针布齿条的齿形,应根据纤维的特性,重在提高针布对不同纤维的控制、吸纳、释放、转移能力,解决梳理过程中落网大、转移率低、嵌杂多等问题;为使道夫金属针布控制、释放纤维的性能得到强化,采取一定的表面处理技术,去除机械冲切加工产生的毛刺、鳞屑、氧化皮,以提高金属针布齿条表面粗糙度和硬度。 To improve carding quality, highlight is given to the teeh-progress of the profile design and the surface treatment of wires on the doffer MCC as to both the advantages and disad- vantages and the application effect in carding machine.It is pointed out that profile design of the wires should be based on the characteristics of fiber, mainly on control, absorbtion, release and transfer ability of the wire,aiming at solving the problems such as big waste,low transfer rate and high jamming of fiber.To strengthen control of the doffer wire, and the fiber release, something must be done in surface treatment techonology including removal of the burr, scales, and oxidizing slag,eventually improving the surface roughness and hardness of the MCC wire.
