高危增生性糖尿病视网膜病变应用视网膜光凝治疗的效果

Therapeutic effect of retinal photocoagulation in patients with high-risk proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的:观察使用视网膜光凝治疗高危增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法:自2014年5月至2016年8月间收治的高危增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者166例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各83例,观察组患者在玻璃体手术前接受视网膜激光光凝治疗,对照组患者则不接受光凝治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量变化。结果:观察组患者的视力提高66.27%,对照组患者的视力提高45.78%,治疗后两组患者各项评分均提高,其中观察组患者评分提高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高危增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,行玻璃体切割术前及早进行视网膜激光光凝治疗可有效提高患者视力和生活质量评分。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of retinal photocoagulation in patients with high - risk proliferative diabetic retinopa- thy and its influence on patients＇quality of life. Methods： 166 cases of high - risk proliferative diabetic retinopathy from May 2014 to August 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 83 cases in each group. The study group was treated with retinal photocoagulation before vitrectomy, while the control group was not treated with photocoagulation. The clinical curative effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results ： In the study group, the visual acuity was improved by 66.27 %, which in the control group was improved by 45.78 %. After treatment, the scores of the two groups were improved, and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with the difference statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Early application of retinal photocoagulation before vitrectomy in the treatment of high - risk proliferative diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the patients＂ visual acuity and life quality
