摘要
目的:观察术中加温毯体温保护措施对全麻开腹手术老年患者核心体温、苏醒时间及拔管时间的影响。方法:选择60~70岁全麻下行开腹胃肠外科手术的老年患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例患者,观察组患者术中进行低温保护,对照组患者不进行低温保护。分别测量两组患者基础核心体温、手术30 min、60 min、90 min及术毕时的核心体温,血压、心率,停药后苏醒时间、拔管时间及术中寒颤及躁动发生情况。结果:术中低温保护组患者手术30 min、60 min、术毕核心体温均高于对照组(P<0.05),寒战及躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后苏醒及拔管时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全麻下行开腹胃肠手术老年患者,实施术中加温毯体温保护可有效预防术中低体温,降低寒战及躁动发生率,缩短拔管时间,加快患者苏醒。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intraoperative waraling measures un cote body temperatnre, postoperative recovery time and extnbatiun time in elderly patients under general anes" thesia. Methods:60 cases of 60 -70 years old patients undergoing gastrontestinal surgery were randnroly divided into experimental group (waning group) and euntrol group. The core body temperatures (fundamental, 30 min, 60 min, 90min during operation and at the end of operation), blood pressure, heart rate, postoperative recover:' time, extubatiun time. and the incidence rates of shiver and restlessness were monitored in both groups. Results:The core body temperatures at 30 rain and 60min during operation and at the end of operation in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈0.05). The incidence rates of shier and restlessness in experimuntal group were less than those in control group( P 〈0.05). The postoperative recovery time and extu- batian time were significantly earlier than those in control group( P 〈0.05). Conclusion:lntraoperative warnming measures in elderly patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia can prevent hypothermia during operation, decrease the incidence rates of shiver and restlessness, and shorten postoperative recovery time and extubation time.
