肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗空洞性肺结核的安全性和可行性 被引量:2

The safety and feasibility of complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要 目的:研究肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗空洞性肺结核的安全性和可行性。方法:观察组患者采用肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗方法,对照组患者采用常规的开胸肺叶切除术手术方法,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量等数据。结果:肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗与常规开胸治疗手术完成率均为100.00%,且两组患者在手术的过程中均未出现死亡病例。手术过程中观察组患者的平均出血量、手术时间均低于对照组患者;观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗具备安全性与可行性,采用肺叶切除术辅助全胸腔镜治疗,整体治疗效果优于常规开胸治疗。 Objective :To study the safety and feasibility of complete video - assisted tboracoscople (VATS) lobectomy in the treatment of cavi- tary pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:The observation group was treated with complete VATS lobectomy, and the control group used conventional thoracotomy. The data of operation time and operative blood loss of the two groups were compared. Results:The completion rate of the two groups was 100 %, and there was no death in the two groups. The average amount of bleeding, operation time and postoperative complications in the ob- servation group were lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Complete VATS lobectomy in the treatment of cavitary pulmo- nary tuberculosis is safe and feasible. Through the comparison with the conventional thoracotomy, the total curative effect of VATS lobectomy was better, which should be adopted in the clinical application.
