应用心肌酶和超敏C反应蛋白检测手足口病

Application of myocardial enzymes and hypersensitive C-reactive protein to the detection of hand-foot-mouth disease

摘要 目的:探究手足口病应用心肌酶和超敏C反应蛋白的检测效果。方法:选择手足口病患者40例为观察组,并从同期来我院进行体检的健康受检人员中随机抽取40例作为对照组,两组均实施心肌酶以及超敏C反应蛋白临床检测,比较两组心肌酶、超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果:观察组患者的乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组超敏C反应蛋白水平为(13.9±6.6)mg/L,对照组为(1.3±0.9)mg/L,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手足口病的临床诊断中,辅以心肌酶和超敏C反应蛋白临床检测可提高检测准确性。 Objective : To explore the testing effect of the application of myocardial enzymes and hypersensitive C - reactive protein to hand - foot - mouth disease. Methods:40 cases of hand - foot - mouth disease were received as the observation group, and 40 cases of the same period checked up in a medical examination as healthy objects were randomly selected as the control group. Myocardial enzymes and hypersensitive C - re- active protein of the two groups were conducted clinical detection and compared. Results:In the observation group, the level of lactate dehydrogen- ase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, aspertate aminotransferase, and creatine kinase was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differ- ence statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ). The level of hypersensitive C -reactive protein in the observation group was (13.9 ± 6.6 )mg/L, and ( 1.3 ± 0.9 ) mg/L in the control group, the former significantly higher than the latter. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:In clinical diagnosis of hand - tbot - mouth disease, the clinical detection accuracy can improve when myocardial enzymes and hypersensitive C -reactive protein are considered concurrently.
