腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术中的循证护理

Practice and significance of evidence-based nursing in unroofing of cyst of kidney under the laparoscope

目的:探讨腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术中实施循证护理的意义。方法:选取2013年9月至2014年9月收治的50例肾囊肿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组采用循证护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量等情况,比较两组患者的手术成功率和术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组中,手术时间<1 h的患者比例高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中,术中出血量>45 mL者比例小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术成功率为96.0%,高于对照组的88.0%(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾囊肿患者行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术,并辅以循证护理,能缩短手术时间,提高手术的成功率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the significance of evidence - based nursing in unroofing of cyst of kidney under the laparoscope. Methods： 50 cases of renal cyst hospitalized from September 2013 to September 2014 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by evidence -based nursing while the control group was treated by routine surgical care, the time of operation, the amount of bleeding during the operation, the success rate and the complications after the operation compared. Results ： The ratio of operation time 〈 1 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the ratio of the amount of bleeding 〉 45 mL in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the success rate of the operation in the observation group （96.0 % ） was higher than that of the control group （ 88.0 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications after the operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Unroofing of cyst of kidney under the laparoscope, aided by evidence - based nursing, can shorten the operation time and improve the success rate of the operation , which is worth promoting clinically.
