中药联合中医针灸、推拿在颈源性耳鸣治疗中的应用价值

The application value of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage therapy for cervical tinnitus

目的:探讨中药联合中医针灸、推拿在颈源性耳鸣治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年10月至2016年10月就诊的160例颈源性耳鸣患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组给予口服中药治疗,观察组采用中药联合中医针灸、推拿治疗,治疗1个月,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后经颅多普勒(transcranial doppler,TCD)数据及耳鸣级别变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(78.75%)(P<0.05);观察组耳鸣级别差值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的椎动脉及基底动脉的Vm值均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合中医针灸、推拿能有效改善颈源性耳鸣患者椎-基底动脉的平均血流速度及耳鸣级别,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage therapy on cervical Tinnitus. nethods：160 cases of cervical tinnitus from Oct. 2011 to Oct. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into the study group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine, and the Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage treatment for the study group, with clinical treatment effects, as well as changes in Doppler data and tinnitus level before and after treatment observed in the two groups. Results： In the study group, the overall treatment effectiveness and tinnitus level were signif- icantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 1 month of therapy in the study group, verte- brobasilar artery~ VM values were significantly higher than that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine combined with acu- puncture and massage in patients with cervical tinnitus can effectively improve clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
