从中国石油天然气股份有限公司质量健康安全环境管理现状出发 ,根据中国石油天然气股份有限公司上市后与国际接轨的需要 ,结合该公司整合 2 0 0 0版 ISO 90 0 0、ISO 1 4 0 0 0、OHSAS1 80 0 0及 SY/T 62 76- 1 997等标准后形成《质量健康安全环境管理体系 -基础和术语》、《质量健康安全环境管理体系 -要求》和《质量健康安全环境管理体系 -实施指南》等 3项企业标准的实践 ,对 2 0 0 0版 ISO90 0 0、ISO 1 4 0 0 0、OHSAS 1 80 0 0及 SY/T 62 76- 1 997等标准 ,从其发展的趋势、整合的必要性、可能性及原则等几方面进行了系统分析 ,得到 ,将 2 0 0 0版 ISO90 0 0、ISO1 4 0 0 0、OHSAS1 80 0 0及 SY/T62 76- 1 997等标准进行整合 。

Starting from the current status quo of the environmental management and control in PertroChina Company Ltd, the present paper gives a detailed discussion on the urgent need and inevitable trend to strengthen the quality control to create a healthy and safe environmental system within the whole enterprise itself. In order to face the ever increasing challenge since China's entering into WTO, PetroChina has been trying its best to meet the international requirements for the stock companies and to pursue the goal of building itself into a three item standard enterprise, known as 'Quality, Health and Safety' in the whole production environmental system. Taking the production of such compounds, as that of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000(in 2000 version) and SY/T 6276 1997 for example, the actual measures that the company has taken is introduced. Meanwhile, the paper gives a integrated analysis of the developmental trend, the necessity of compound and possibility of the new products development. The result indicates that there exists an urgent need involving the comprehensive management of the quality control by taking into sufficient account all the factors involving the building up of a healthy, safe environment system in the company.
