摘要
分析了正常和匝间短路故障状态下永磁同步电机(PMSM)等效电路模型,建立了PMSM的有限元分析模型,提出了故障状态下故障匝和正常匝电感的计算方法,得到了电机绕组电感、电流和输出转矩等参数与短路匝数的关系。分析结果表明故障状态下的转矩波动变大而平均值基本不变;三相绕组电流都会增加而发生短路故障的绕组相电流的增加幅度远大于正常相,短路电流随短路匝数的增加而减小;正常相的绕组电感基本不变,而故障相的绕组电感和短路匝的电感与短路匝数的平方有关。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor's (PMSM's) equivalent circuit under the normal and inter-turn shun circuit fault state was analyzed, the finite element analysis model was established, the inductance of the normal and fault turn under the fault was presented, and the relations of winding inductance, circuit, torque and the short turns number was analyzed. The results showed that the vibration of the torque was increased while the average was essentially invariant; The currents of each phases were increased and the phase where the inter-turn short circuit fault occurs increased more than the other normal phases, the short circuit current decreased with increasing fault turns; The inductance of normal phase was essentially invariant while the inductance of fault phase and short circuit turns relate the number of fault turn.
