摘要
在杂散电容对开关电容电路特性所产生影响进行分析的基础上,提出了基于双端口等效网络,借助以电压源电路模型为等效模块进行电路分解的方法,对开关电容电路中杂散电容的影响进行电路分析的方法。阐述了建立杂散电容等效电路模型,且通过杂散电容电荷等效方程进行了验证的过程。并以拨动式开关浮地四端口(TSFFP)开关电容电路结构为例,完成了其杂散电容的电路等效分析,以及模型的建立。
An introduction to the non-ideal factors effect on the network characteristic of a switched capacitor network is given. The stray capacitor＇s effects are analyzed with voltage-source circuit models. The dual-port equiva- lent models are introduced into the procedure of the analysis. The toggle switch floating four port （TSFFP） module is adopted as the case to introduce the steps to analyze and build its equivalent model. The principles are stated in charge equivalent equation.
