摘要
分闸速度是真空接触器最主要的机械特性参数之一。为验证现有接触器的分闸速度是否满足接触器机械特性要求,在对接触器结构以及分闸原理分析的基础上,利用UG软件建模,研究计算了接触器分闸速度并对实际设计进行校核,同时使用UG模拟出分闸速度曲线,证明出平均分闸速度在接触器机械特性要求范围内。
Closing speed is one of the most important mechanical characteristics of the vacuum contactor. In or- der to verify whether the opening speed of the existing contactor meets the requirements of the mechanical properties of the contactor, the paper uses the UG software to build a model to calculate the contactor opening speed and check the actual design. The UG software is also used to simulate the opening speed curve, indicating that the average o- pening speed is within the requirements of the eontaetor mechanical characteristics.
