摘要
针对电阻分压器的杂散参数与阶跃响应特性关系的问题,采用传递函数与电路仿真两种方法,分别对电阻分压器的高、低压臂对地电容与阶跃响应时间的关系进行分析。结果显示高压臂的对地电容对阶跃响应时间的影响在纳秒量级,而低压臂的对地电容对其阶跃响应时间的影响在皮秒量级,高、低压臂对地电容对阶跃响应时间具有叠加效应,但是低压臂对地电容要远小于高压臂对地电容对阶跃响应时间的影响;若要得到较为准确的阶跃响应时间,可以在时间常数的基础上乘以相应的倍数。
Considering the question of stray parameters of the resistor voltage divider and step response characteristic, analysis the relationship between the step response time and the capacity of resistor voltage divider's high voltage arm and Low voltage arm with transfer function and circuit simulation two methods. The results shows that the earth capacity of high pressure ann has an influence on the time of step response in nanoseconds level, while the effect came from the capacitance of low voltage arm on step response time in picoseconds' scale. As we all known, these impact factors can overlay. By comparison, the effect from the earth capacitance of low voltage arm compare with the influence from high pressure arm's capacity was negligible on the step response time. If you want to draw a more accurate step response time, the time constant can multiply corresponding multiples.
