摘要
通过改动电流互感器二次回路连接状态进行窃电的手法较为隐蔽,仅对电流幅值的监测是难以发现的。为实现对CT二次回路短接旁路、开路窃电行为的在线监测,文中提出了基于异频法的CT二次回路状态监测方法,可完成对不同运行工况下开路、短接旁路的准确识别,基于此方法开发了CT二次回路监测终端。实验室和现场运行结果表明,终端可准确识别二次回路典型故障状态,可为用电检查提供有力的技术支撑。
The method of changing the current transformer secondary circuit connection state to stealing electricity is relatively hidden, it is difficult to find through monitoring the current amplitude. In order to realize the monito- ring of the CT secondary circuit short, open state, in this paper a method based on the different frequency is proposed to recognize the CT secondary loop condition under different operating condition, CT secondary circuit monitoring ter- minal is developed based on this method. The results in laboratory and site operation show that the terminal can accu- rately identify the secondary loop state, can provide powerful technical support for electrical inspection.
