摘要
针对传统安防视频监控系统数据存储空间庞大,异常事件或行为等有用的视频信息人工查找困难等难题,结合常见的应用场景,在综合运用数字图像处理理论、目标跟踪算法、神经网络理论、数据分类算法等手段的基础上,设计一种适用于多状态异常事件检测的视频分析方法,解决融合图像特征和背景建模的目标检测、目标跟踪优化和异常事件辨识分类的关键技术难题,最后得到一种基于异常事件检测的智能视频监控系统。
For the problems of large data storage space of traditional security video surveillance system, and difficult to find other unusual events or behavior useful video information artificial, combines the common application scenarios, integrates the use of digital image processing the- ory, target tracking algorithms, neural networks, data means classification algorithm based on the design of a multi-state suitable for de- tecting abnormal event video analysis method, to solve the fused image features and background modeling target detection, target tracking and optimization abnormal event identification key technical problems of classification, and gets the intelligent video surveillance system based on abnormal events detection.
