针对传统安防视频监控系统数据存储空间庞大,异常事件或行为等有用的视频信息人工查找困难等难题,结合常见的应用场景,在综合运用数字图像处理理论、目标跟踪算法、神经网络理论、数据分类算法等手段的基础上,设计一种适用于多状态异常事件检测的视频分析方法,解决融合图像特征和背景建模的目标检测、目标跟踪优化和异常事件辨识分类的关键技术难题,最后得到一种基于异常事件检测的智能视频监控系统。
