摘要
开发了煤焦油萃取提酚新工艺,采用两种萃取剂对原料酚油中的中性油和酚类化合物分别实现萃取,再通过精馏作用实现中性油和酚类的分离,所得粗酚在液态催化剂作用下脱吡啶,可得到质量分数高于99.6%的酚类。该工艺流程简单、连续,经济性高。
The new process for extracting phenols from coal tar was developed. Two kinds of extraction solvents were used to extract the neutral oil and phenolic compounds in the raw phenolic tar respectively, and then the neutral oil and the phenols were separated by distillation. The pyridine was removed from crude phenols by using liquid catalyst, and the mixed phenols with phenols content of 99.6% were obtained. The new process is simple, continuous and economical.
