乙烯装置开工锅炉烟气脱硝改造技术浅析

摘要 上海石油化工股份有限公司乙烯装置开工锅炉必须通过技术改造才能满足现行NO_x排放要求,结合开工锅炉现状、NO_x排放标准要求,对现有烟气脱硝技术进行对比分析,确定采用选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术对开工锅炉烟气进行治理改造,以确保NO_x达标排放。 The two start-up boilers for ethylene unit of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited must be transformed to meet the current requirements of NOx emission. Combined with the status of the two boilers and the NOx emission standards, the existing flue gas denitrification technologies were compared and analyzed, and the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx was applied to the treatment of the flue gas so as to ensure the compliant emission of NOx.
