摘要 对原矿进行化学成分分析和矿物组成分析,该石墨矿的脉石主要为石英和伊利石,选用水玻璃和羧甲基纤维素钠为浮选抑制剂。通过对块状隐晶质石墨浮选中抑制剂添加地点及两种抑制剂用量试验,探索在1次粗选1次精选实验中抑制剂的最佳添加位置和用量,并对水玻璃和羧甲基纤维素钠这两种抑制剂的抑制机理进行了讨论。结果表明,在精选段添加抑制剂的尾矿固定碳含量损失较小,而且能得到相对较高品位及回收率的精矿。精选作业中抑制剂水玻璃和羧甲基纤维素钠用量均为500 g/t时,精矿固定碳含量与回收率分别为83.84%和76.05%,所获精矿各项工艺指标最佳。 The chemical composition analysis and mineral composition analysis show that the gangue of the graphite ore is mainly quartz and illite. Therefore, sodium silicate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are used as the flotation inhibitors. By analyzing the bulk cryptocrystalline graphite flotation of inhibitors adding place and the amount of two inhibitors test, to explore a selection in one roughing-one cleaning of the best inhibitors adding location and dosage, and water glass and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose mechanisms were discussed. The results show that inhibitors adding in the cleanings, the tailings fixed carbon content loss is small, and can get a relatively high grade and recovery of the concentrate. When the dosage of inhibitor sodium silicate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were both 500 g/t, the fixed carbon content and recovery rate of the concentrate were 83.84% and 76.05%, respectively. The obtained process indexes were optimal.
