摘要 采用循环酸浸-复盐结晶法从高镁磷尾矿中净化湿法磷酸制备磷酸二铵。结果表明,经过5次循环后浓缩滤液中P_2O_5质量浓度达到240.9 g/L,达到有机碱复合提取磷酸的要求;获得的磷酸二铵产品达到国家标准优等品的要求,该方法是一条适合工业化的工艺路线。 Diammonium phosphate was prepared from phosphate railings with high magnesium content by cycle acid leaching and crystallization method.The experiment results showed the that after 5 cycles, the concentration of P2O5 in the concentrated filtrate reached about 240.9 g/L, reaching the requirement of organic base compound extraction of phosphoric acid. The diammonium phosphate reached high standard requirements of the national standard and the process is available on industrialization.
