Solving Financing Difficulties of SME through Joint Implementation of Policy Support and Financing Innovation

目前在政策扶持和融资模式创新方面存在众多问题。针对上述问题基于创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展新理念,提出应通过政策扶持及创新融资模式并举的方式破解中小微融资难题。研究结果显示:政策扶持与融资新模式并举是解决融资难的最佳举措,加大政策扶持力度与创新融资模式并不断创新才能使中小微企业真正走上规范化、科学化管理的可持续发展道路,才能更好地促进经济发展。

There have been problems in policy support and financing innovation respectively for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and this paper points out that it is necessary to solve the problem through the joint implementation of policy support and financing innovation. The research shows that innovation is the dynamic force and power. Also, the implementation of the policy of supporting and financing model innovation is the best way to solve financing difficulty and keeping enterprises＇ sustainable development.
