摘要 为了优化原有红外低发射率涂层的性能,向红外低发射率涂层中加入醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB),并对涂层进行红外发射率(8~14?m)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、力学性能及耐盐水性能测试。结果表明:加入醋酸丁酸纤维素可以促使涂层中铝粉定向排列并形成"镜面"结构,同时减少了涂层的表面缺陷,从而保证涂层发射率基本不变的情况下降低原有涂层的铝粉含量(由40%降低到30%),且优化后的涂层力学性能及耐盐水性能都优于原有涂层。 To optimize the performance of the original low infrared emissivity coatings, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) is added into the coatings. Infrared emissivity (8-14 μm) of the coating is measured through IR-2, the effect of CAB on the surface of coatings is observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the mechanical properties and salt water-resistant performance of the coatings are also tested. The results indicated that: CAB added into the coatings can make the flake aluminum powder oriented array and form the 'mirror plate' structure, and at the same time, it can also reduce the surface defects of the coatings. Furthermore, it will decrease the aluminum powder content (from 40% down to 30%) of the coatings on the premise that infrared emissivity changes little. In addition, the mechanical properties and salt water-resistant performance of the optimized coatings are better than those of the primary coatings.
