摘要
针对大气环境探测甚高光谱干涉仪输出信号的特点,提出了一种基于双ADC数据采集系统设计方案。采用数据合成的方式对两个具有同输入不同增益通道的数据进行拼接,使用相对较低分辨率ADC实现了高分辨率系统设计,并对数据合成过程中两通道的不一致性进行了分析、测量和校正。最终给出了系统的电路设计方案和实验结果。实验表明:系统在保证采样速率的情况下,能够实现高分辨率采样,并具有良好的信噪比。
Aiming at the characteristic of output signal of the atmosphere environment hyper spectral interferometer, a new data acquisition system based on double ADC is proposed. By using the method of data combination to combine two channels that have the same input and different gains, the high resolution system is composed with relatively low resolution ADC, and it is made thatanalysis, measurement and correction for the channel non-uniformity during the combination. The result of the experiment indicates that system can achieve high resolution samples and has good SNR performance on certain sample rate.
