摘要
为了测试红外制导导弹导引头捕获、跟踪目标的能力,设计了一套红外热源两轴转台系统,对不同结构的框架进行了对比和选择,利用pro/E软件对转台系统的俯仰机构和方位机构进行了结构设计,对红外热源转台系统进行了动平衡分析计算,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对方位支承架进行了静力学分析、保证强度要求,对红外热源转台整体进行模态分析,保证了系统稳定不产生共振,通过两种试验以及误差分析验证了所设计的转台系统满足参数要求。
In order to test the infrared guidance missile seeker's ability to capture and track signals, an infrared heat source two-dimensional turntable system was designed; different frame structures were compared and selected; pitching and azimuth institutions were designed by Pro/E; the turntable system dynamic balance was analysed and calculated; and statics analysis was done by ANSYS software. To ensure the requirements of strength, vibration modal analysis was done to ensure the requirements of stable and no resonate. Through two kinds of model experiments and error analysis, the design of the turntable system is proved to meet the requirements of the parameters.
