西南地区农地股份制改革的模式与路径研究

Research on the mode and path of the rural land share-holding system reform in Southwest China

农村土地股份制改革是推动农业适度规模经营,实现我国农业现代化的重要途径。目前,我国农地股份制改革主要集中在东部沿海地区,学界对农地股份制改革的研究也主要以东部沿海地区为对象,而对于我国西南地区在农地股份制改革方面的理论探讨和实践经验明显不足。地理条件和区位特征的不同决定了西南地区的农地问题具有一定的特殊性,所以应在适度借鉴东部地区改革经验的基础上,探索西南地区农地股份制改革的实施路径,具体而言,包括改革的主要方向和配套措施两方面内容。

The reform of the Rural Land Share-holding system is an important way to promote appropriate scale management of agriculture and realize agricultural modernization in China. At present, the reform of the Rural Land Share-hold- ing system is mainly carried out in the eastern coastal areas, the research on the reform of the Rural Land Share-holding system is mainly in the eastern coastal areas as the object, and the theoretical study and practical experience in the share system reform in the southwest region of China is obviously insufficient. Geographical conditions and different regional characteristics decide a certain particularity in the rural land problems in the Southwest areas, so it is necessary to explore the reform implementation path of the rural land stock in Southwest China with appropriate reference to the reform experience in eastern regions, mainly including the main reform direction and supporting measures.
