摘要
月经是女性必经的生理周期,在这个过程中不仅有身体的变化,同时还有相应的情绪认知变化。研究使用调查法探索生理期的身心症状及相应调节方式。发现大部分女生都有明显感觉到身体有不适感,以及伴随情绪低落,通常都会采取休息和睡觉的方式来应对,饮食习惯也会做出相应的调整,采用舒缓的方式调节心情。这些也符合医学的相应理论,相应的神经生理学科对此也有诠释。研究结果讨论希望能为广大女性在生理周期时身心调节上提供参考,让女性用积极的情绪和态度面对月经问题。
Menstruation is a key part of female's life,in the process with the change of the body at the same time there is emotional cognitive change.Research using method of questionnaire and diary to explore physiological period of physical and mental symptoms and the corresponding adjustment way,found that most of the girls feel physical discomfort,and associated with depression,usually take rest and sleep to deal with,eating habits will also make the corresponding adjustment,adopt the way of relieve regulates mood.These also accord with the corresponding theory of medical corresponding neural physiological disciplines have interpretation.Results discussing hope for the vast number of women in the menstrual cycle on the regulation of body and mind to provide the reference and make women face menstrual problems with positive emotions and attitudes.
