摘要 本文介绍了DCS的硬件和软件体系结构。考察了DCS的层次结构,DCS级和控制管理级是组成DCS的两个最基本的环节、DCS的组态(开发与生成):DCS的开发过程主要是采用系统组态软件依据控制系统的实际需要生成各类应用软件的过程。实时数据库是DCS最基本的信息资源,这些实时数据由实时数据库存储和管理。在DCS中,建立和修改实时数据库记录的方法有多种,常用的方法是用通用数据库工具软件生成数据库文件。DCS是一种综合控制系统,它必须具有丰富的控制系统和检测系统画面显示功能。目前DCS在电力、冶金、石化等各行各业都获得了极其广泛的应用。可靠性是DCS发展的生命,要保证DCS的高可靠性主要有三种措施:一是广泛应用高可靠性的硬件设备和生产工艺;二是广泛采用冗余技术;三是在软件设计上广泛实现系统的容错技术、故障自诊断和自动处理技术等。 This paper introduces the DCS hardware and software architecture, investigates the hierarchy of the DCS, DCS level and control management level is composed of DCS of two of the most basic link, DCS configuration (development and generate) : the development process of DCS configuration software based on the control system mainly USES the system of the practical need of generating the process of all kinds of application software. Real-time database is the DCS is the most basic information resources,the real-time data from real-time database storage and management, in DCS,set up and modify real-time database records there are many methods, commonly used method is to use the universal database tool software to generate the database file. DCS is a control system, it must have a hch picture display control system and testing system. The DOS in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical and so on all walks of life have been extremely widespread application.Is the life of the development of DCS reliability,to ensure the high reliability of DCS is mainly have three measures: one is widely used in the high reliability of hardware equipment and production process; 2 it is widely used redundant technology; Three is widely implemented in software design, system fault tolerance technology, fault self-diagnosis and automatic processing technology, etc.
