摘要
本文通过对印刷机械工艺进行研究,对传统的长轴机械驱动的印刷机的同步控制系统进行改造,采用CAN现场总线和伺服电机对印刷机进行同步控制,通过PC机同步运动采集的数据,通过CAN总线时钟同步机制和同步接口协议与伺服驱动器进行实时通讯,最终通过实验样机完成了控制系统验证,本系统可将同步控制误差控制在±0.5mm范围内。
In this paper, through the study of printing machinery technology, the traditional long axis of the mechanical drive printing machine modification of synchronous control system, using the CAN field bus and servo motor to synchronous control of printing machine, through the data from the PC synchronous movement, through CAN bus clock synchronization mechanism and synchronization of real-time communication interface protocols and servo driver, the final prototype completed the control system through the experiment verification, this system CAN be synchronous control error control within + / - 0.5 mm.
