摘要
通过对垂直载荷作用下滚动直线导轨副静刚度的理论分析,设计了一种基于液压加载方式的滚动直线导轨副静刚度试验测试装置,结合了直线导轨副静刚度测试方法,完成了对导轨副静刚度各项指标的检测。结果表明:该试验装置可完成对不同型号导轨副的静刚度测试,且试验数据显示试验装置加载平稳准确、结构简单、测量结果精确,能够为导轨副静刚度的进一步研究提供技术支持。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the static stiffness of a linear rolling guide set under vertical load,a linear rolling guide set's static stiffness test device using hydraulic loading method was designed,which could be used to measure the static stiffness indicators of guide pair.The test results show that the test device can complete static stiffness test of different type guide,and the test data shows the device,being of steady loading and simple structure,can provide technical support for the further study on the static stiffness of guides.
