摘要
立体固沙车是自动高效铺设草沙障的设备,横向插刀机构是草沙障横向插草系统中一个重要组成部分。通过对Stephenson-Ⅲ型六杆机构进行运动学分析,研究了其输出位移、速度变化规律。以Stephenson-Ⅲ型六杆机构在固沙机横向插草系统上的应用——多杆横向插刀机构为研究对象,建立多杆横向插刀机构的三维模型,通过ADAMS软件仿真得到该机构的位移、速度、加速度曲线,为进行下一步的动力学分析奠定了基础。
Stereo sand-fixation equipment car can realize the paving of straw-sand barrier belts automatically and efficiently.The transverse inserted knife institution is key component of the transverse-paving system.Through the kinematics analysis of Stephenson-III six bar linkage,the output displacement and speed are studied.As the research object,multiple rod transverse inserted knife mechanism is designed based on Stephenson-III six bar linkage and its three-dimensional model is established.The displacement,velocity,acceleration curves of the mechanism are gotten by ADAMS simulation software,which lays the foundation for further dynamic analysis.
