摘要
轮毂电动车悬架系统的合理设计对车辆的安全性、可靠性、舒适性至关重要。依据车辆现有的结构尺寸,在CAD软件CATIA中建立转向悬架系统关键部件三维实体模型,然后利用HyperMesh和ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析,得出该部件的变形和应力状况,并通过理论计算,提出了合理的改进方案。
The reasonable design of the electric car in-wheel suspension system is very important to the safety,reliability and comfort of the vehicle.In this paper,on the basis of existing vehicle structure size,by using the CAD software CATIA,the three-dimensional solid model of the key part of the steering suspension system is set up,then it is inputted to the software HyperMesh and ABAQUS to be analyzed.The calculation results show the deformation and stress condition of the component,and the reasonable improvement plan is proposed by combining with the theoretical calculation results.
