摘要 排气系统的开发主要以传统的实验方法为主,这种方法的缺点是对工程技术人员的经验要求很高,实验周期长,成本高昂。通过对排气系统冷端内部流场进行数值模拟,给出了标定工况时排气消声器内部压力、速度和湍动能云图,并对流场分布进行了深入的分析,通过在隔板上设计穿孔和中间管入口形状的改进,实现消声器结构的进一步优化。 The development of an exhaust system is mainly based on conventional experimental method, and the disadvantages of this method are the high requirements of technical personnel experience, besides the cost is very high. In this paper, the numerical simulation on internal flow field of the cold part of the exhaust system was carried out, and the nephograms of gas pressure, the velocity and the turbulent kinetic energy inside the muffler were obtained while the engine operated under full load. Profound analysis of the flow field distribution was conducted. Results show it is possible to achieve further optimization of muffler by means of perforated baffle design and entrance shape improvement of tube in the middle.
