摘要
为了提高微型汽车的驱动效率和通过性,研究了一款微型汽车匹配限滑差速器(Limited Slip Differential,简称LSD)。运用多刚体动力学分析方法,建立LSD模型,分析限滑转矩的影响因素。基于限滑转矩最大并以此为优化目标对LSD建立数学模型,最后基于MATLAB优化工具中的fmincon函数优化出满足驱动性能要求的LSD结构参数,对指导限滑差速器的设计提供了理论基础,为评价限滑差速器性能提供了一种方法。
In order to improve the driving efficiency and the pass ability of minicar,we devoted to study a limited slip differential(shorten by LSD)for minicar.We utilized multi-rigid body dynamic analysis method to establish the LSD model,and analyzed the influential factors about the limited slip torque.The LSD methematical model was established based on the maximum limit slip torque,and we claimed that the maximum limit slip torque would be optimization goal of LSD model.The next part would be the LSD structural parameters,which were optimized by use of the fmincon function of the MATLAB optimization tool,and satified the driving performance requirement.Furthermore,the LSD structural parameter optimization provide a theoretical basis for guiding the design of LSD,and a method for evaluating the performance of limited slip differential.
