摘要
对某智能坐便器的包装件进行跌落仿真,以检验缓冲材料对坐便器的保护作用和效果。利用Creo2.0对某品牌智能座便器缓冲包装进行建模,在ANSYS Workbench的显式动力学模块中进行跌落仿真分析,得到缓冲包装以及座便器的应力、变形和加速度等数据,从而为智能座便器运输包装结构强度理论的探讨和结构的优化设计提供理论基础。
In this paper,the dropping simulation of an intelligent toilet packaging was conducted to verify the protection effect of buffer material for implement.The cushion packaging of intelligent implement was modeled in Creo2.0,and ANSYS Workbench was applied to the dropping simulation test for intelligent implement.The stress and strain distribution of the implement and package were acquired when the package of intelligent implement dropped vertically,which providing scientific theoretical guidance for the packaging design of this product.
