摘要
介绍了柔性自动翻转机构的组成和工作原理,详细分析了柔性弹簧模拟翻转位移的试验方法和变化规律。在此基础上,对翻转机构的输送胶带几何尺寸、运输速度、卷轴圆周驱动力、马达选型等性能参数进行设计计算。结果表明:在保持临界翻转角为14.5°的情况下,通过改变柔性弹簧的质量、体积、跳跃位移等参数,可设计不同大小系列的柔性翻转广告载体机构,以适应室内及户外广告传媒的需要。
The composition and working principle of flexible automatic turnover mechanism is introduced,and the test method and the variation rule of the simulation overturning displacement for the flexible spring are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the design and calculation on the conveyor belt geometry size,transport speed,the driving force of the scroll,and other performance parameters of the turnover mechanism are carried out.The results show that different size series of flexible turning advertisement carrier mechanism can be designed by changing the quality,volume,jumping displacement and other parameters of the flexible spring while maintaining the critical angle at 14.5°,in order to meet the needs of indoor and outdoor advertising media.
