土样饱和装置的设计与试验研究

Design and Experimental Study on Saturation Device of Soil Sample

摘要 针对土工试验中土样饱和方法的现状,设计了一种利用加压脱气水饱和土样的装置及方法,并选取孔隙比分别为0.9和0.65、高度分别为2cm和8cm的土样进行了饱和测试,同时与常用饱和方法对比分析了相应的饱和结果。分析结果表明,利用该装置对土样进行饱和,当流量控制在6L/min左右时,孔隙比为0.9和0.65的高度为2cm土样达到95%饱和度用时约为6h和12h,高度为8cm土样用时约为10h和16h,且其饱和效果在高、低孔隙比的情况下均优于毛细饱和法、真空饱和法、二氧化碳加脱气水法和水头饱和法,CT图像也显示出用自制装置饱和土样无明显的结构性破坏。 According to the current saturation methods of the soil sample,a device is designed for the soil sample to saturate in pressurized dynamic water.The saturated tests of the soil samples with the porosities of 0.9and 0.65 and the heights of 2cm and8 cm are carried out,and the corresponding saturation results are compared with the common test devices.The results show that the2 cm soil samples of 0.9and 0.65 porosities can get 95%saturation in about 6hand 12 hwhen the flow rate is controlled about 6L/min,and the 8cm soil samples require about 10 hand 16hrespectively.Under the high or low porosity,the saturation effect of the method is all superior to capillary saturation method,vacuum saturation method,carbon dioxide add degassed water method and waterhead saturation method.At the same time,CT images also show that there are no significant structural damage to the soil sample during the saturation process.
