摘要
为小型货物带传动设计一套无级变速驱动系统,通过UG进行三维设计建模,并利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行仿真,得到其传动曲线,推导传动比,并与理论计算结果进行对比,分析系统仿真结果误差。仿真结果表明:所设计的系统可以完成传动比0.5~1.2的无级变速,传动比为0.5时的误差为1.6%,传动比为1.2时的误差为2.5%。无级变速传动误差在可接受的范围内,故该方案有一定的生产意义。
A set of stepless variable speed driving system is designed for small belt driving system.The 3Dmodel of the driving system is set up by UG,and the simulation analysis of the model is conducted by use of dynamic simulation software ADAMS.The transmission curve is obtained,and the velocity ratio is deduced,and the simulation result is compared with the theoretical calculation value.The results show the designed system can accomplish the stepless transmission ratio from 0.5to 1.2,and the gear ratio error is changed from 1.6%to 2.5%,and the system can satisfy the production request.
