摘要
为解决自动化药房上药存在的问题,研究了一种以PLC为核心控制系统的三自由度上药机械手,并详细介绍了其机构组成及工作原理。应用带有滑道的上、下两层出药槽作业,通过监控系统适时监控上药机械手的动作状况,采用RS485总线通讯方式传输数据,根据动作要求完成对机械手上药动作控制,大幅度提高了自动化药房上药机械手的稳定性和上药效率。
In order to solve the problems in pharmacy automation,a medicine group-inputting system based on PLC is studied,and its institutions and working principle are introduced in detail.The operation of the mamipulator is timely monitored by a monitoring system,the data communication is realized by using RS485 bus.The medicine fetching of the sysetm is controlled by PLC,and the stability and efficiency of the system is greatly improved.
