摘要
针对现有高压电力线路在线监测设备的取能电源广泛存在供电死区、线圈铁芯磁通饱和、电路复杂等现象,提出了1 000匝的电流互感器取电电源的设计方案。在研究了取能电源原理的基础上,采用了特制硅钢材料作为线圈铁芯,设计了三级电容泵电路实现能量收集,使电路得以简化。并且电源管理模块采用控制泄能和供电保护两条通道,对后续电路起到了很好保护作用。样机测试结果表明:该方案解决了小电流电压输出不稳定的问题。
The current transformer power supply of the high-voltage transmission line on-line monitoring device has the problems of power supply dead zone,saturation of magnetic flux of coil and complex circuit.This paper presents the design scheme of the power supply of the current transformer with 1 000 turns.Based on the study of the principle of power supply,the coil core made of a special silicon steel material is used,and a three-level capacitor pump circuit is designed to achieve the energy collection.The power management module including two channels of discharge channel and power supply protection channel plays a very good protection to the follow-up circuit.Finally,the prototype test results show that the problem of small current output voltage instability is solved.
