摘要
针对某剪式举升机同步性、安全性等问题,对其液压系统进行了改造设计。利用电液伺服阀代替原系统中的手动补油截止阀实现两液压缸同步升降,利用液压锁和机械锁代替原系统中的防爆阀对举升臂实现锁紧,提高了两缸运动的同步精度及系统的安全性,降低了劳动强度。
In light of the synchronism and security of a shearing lift,it redesigned the hydraulic system,the initial manually globe valve is replaced with electrohydralic servovalves,to achieve lifting movement in parallel.Hydraulic lock and mechanical lock take place of the explosion-proof valve to tie the lifting arms,which improving the synchronism and security of cylinder movement,and reducing labor intensity.
