班干部滥用职权、占用教育资源引起不公等问题引发了一股"取消班干部制度"的浪潮。造成这些问题的根源在于师生对班干部制度的错误认识,而不在制度本身。因此,取消班干部制度并不能防止权力的滥用,也不能改变教育的不公。解决这些问题的关键在于建立更良好的班干部制度,老师需要加强对班干部制度的管理,并培养学生的集体意识与服务意识。

Problems of misfeasance of class leaders and injustices of occupying overmuch educational re- sources have triggered a wave of abolishing class leader system. The root cause of these problems is the wrong understanding of teachers and students in class leader system, but not the system itself. Therefore, abolish- ment of class leader system can not prevent misfeasance , neither transform educational injustices. The key to these puzzles is to strengthen the management of class leader system and practice collective consciousness and service awareness of students.
