分析了工艺安全对化工生产的重要性,对管理工艺必须管理安全进行了论述,强调了生产车间作为安全主体应如何通过工艺管理促进安全管理,并就作业安全事故与作业前是否彻底进行工艺处置的关系进行了分析,列举了6类常见作业事故的原因,提出了抓好安全管理关键措施重点在于落实安全检修"四部曲"。

The importance of process safety to chemical production was analyzed. It was discussed thatprocess management and safety how the production workshop management. The relationship management must be conducted simultaneously. It was emphasized that as security subject should enforce safety management through process between safety accidents during operation and whether thorough process inspection before operation or not was analyzed. Causes of six kinds of common operation accidents were listed. It was proposed that the emphasis for well management of key safety measures was on the implementation of four steps during safety overhaul.
