长江宜昌至安庆段近期河道演变与黄金水道治理

River channel evolution of Yangtze River reach from Yichang to Anqing and Changjiang Golden Waterway regulation

长江宜昌至安庆段航道为长江黄金水道的瓶颈,急需通过河势控制与航道整治相结合的综合治理措施来提高航道标准。结合国家"依托黄金水道,建设长江经济带"的发展战略,对宜昌至安庆河段水沙变化、河道演变特点进行了分析,并在此基础上将中国古代优秀治水理念与国外先进技术相结合,归纳了因势利导、全面系统、辩证施治、动态完善等治理思路,提出了"攻、守、导、堵、疏"多法并举的工程措施和水库调度、实时监测、智慧航道、预测预报的非工程措施,以供长江黄金水道建设参考。

The channel of Yangtze River reach from Yichang to Anqing is the bottleneck of the Changjiang Golden Waterway, so it is necessary to improve the channel standard by comprehensive measures of river regime control and channel regulation. In combination with the national development strategy of ＂relying on the golden waterway, developing the Yangtze River Economic Belt＂ , the runoff and sediment change of this reach, and channel evolution characteristics are analyzed. On this basis, by combining ancient Chinese excellent water regulation thinking with foreign advanced technologies, several regulation ideas such as adroitly guiding action according to circumstance, systematic and overall approach, dialectical management, dynamic improvement are concluded in this article. Then the engineering measures of controlling, defending, diverting, blocking and dredging, and the non - structure measures of reservoir dispatching, real - time monitoring, intelligent channel, prediction and forecast are put for- ward in the article. All these can provide reference for the Golden Waterway construction.
