基于生态足迹的堰塞湖治理工程环境影响评价 被引量:2

摘要 红石岩堰塞湖位于牛栏江干流上,由于堰塞体体量大,上游来水大,对上下游人民群众的生命财产构成较大威胁,因此必须开展治理工程。为评价红石岩堰塞湖治理工程对当地环境造成的影响,用生态足迹法分析计算了治理工程的生态足迹和生态承载力,对工程的环境影响进行评价。结果表明,治理工程虽然对当地的生态环境影响较大,但处于当地生态系统可承受的范围之内。生态足迹评价法计算简便,能够定量计算出工程环境影响程度,评价结论为实施红石岩堰塞湖治理工程提供了科学依据。 Hongshiyan Barrier Lake is located on the mainstream of Niulan River. Due to large barrier volume and water quantity from upstream,the lake pose a serious threat to people's properties and lives in the upstream and downstream,so,it is imperative to carry out lake governing project. To assess the impact of the governing project on the local environment,with ecological footprint method,the ecological footprint and bearing capacity of the governing project are calculated. The results show that though the governing project poses a greater influence on the local ecological environment,it is still in the bearable limit of the local ecosystem. The assessment method of ecological footprint calculation is simple and able to quantitatively calculate the environmental impact of the project. The conclusion can provide scientific basis for implementing the governing project of Hongshiyan Barrier Lake.
